The Orphans Care Federation is honored to add the “Talent Development and Entrepreneurship” organization to its members bringing the number of members of the OCF to 20 institutions and organizations from several countries around the world.
It is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, founded in 2013 AD in the State of Afghanistan, and in May 2022 AD the organization was licensed in the State of Turkey and began working from there through the organization’s offices and delegates in the State of Afghanistan and providing its services to the Afghan community in the State of Turkey.
