Training and capacity building is one of the most important priorities of the Orphan Care Union, in its quest to develop human capital, as it implements training programs to empower individuals with the aim of developing their administrative and personal capabilities, and providing them with new skills and knowledge through systematic training, trips and field visits, learning by doing and direct volunteering. This is in line with the goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development represented in the fourth item “Ensuring quality, equitable and inclusive education for all and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.”
