The family of members of the Orphan Care Federatıon is honored to have the International Humanitarian Relief Association join it, bringing the number of members of the OCF to 19 institutions and organizations from several countries around the world. It is an international, non-governmental, non-profit organization with no political association that works in various fields of humanitarian relief and development.
